FBI Search and Seizure at Trump's Mar-A-Lago Residence, August 8, 2022, Case Dismissed July 15, 2024

House arrest means he will be confined to his house and grounds, he can’t go to the golf course.

That’s not evidence, that’s hearsay. The Trump-Raffensperger phone call is evidence.

Garland has the will to indict, what he doesn’t have is the will to give trump a huge boost by having him be acquitted.

All of it, or just the part that was played on the news. Do we need the testimony of the person who made the recording, and analysis to prove it hasn’t been edited?

For what it’s worth, I tend to agree with you. But I also realize that I’m as human as anyone else, and as susceptible to bias, and more likely to believe in things that I want to be true. I’m trying to hold myself to the same standard that I would anyone else, maybe even higher. Good evidence can survive close scrutiny, but it should all be scrutinized.

You do know that all of it was on the news, right? They may not have played the whole thing on the network news programs because of time, but the full transcript and audio was released to the press a few days after the call. And Raffensperger made sure his attorney was on the call, and he’s testified publicly about the call.

And while Trump has had a lot to say about that call, I don’t believe he’s ever suggested that the tape and transcript were inaccurate. He just doesn’t think there was anything wrong with it.

Yup. He’s been a bully all his life. That’s just what he does. Sort of like the GOP that every accusation is a confession. They commit crimes, so they think everyone does. That’s just business.

This sounds like coercion, at least:
trump: "And you are going to find that they are — which is totally illegal — it is more illegal for you than it is for them because, you know, what they did and you’re not reporting it. That’s a criminal, that’s a criminal offense. And you can’t let that happen. That’s a big risk to you and to Ryan, your lawyer. And that’s a big risk. But they are shredding ballots, in my opinion, based on what I’ve heard. And they are removing machinery, and they’re moving it as fast as they can, both of which are criminal finds. And you can’t let it happen, and you are letting it happen. You know, I mean, I’m notifying you that you’re letting it happen.

Please be mindful of which thread you’re posting in. The last quite-a-many posts pertain to the January 6th investigation, not the FBI search and seizure Mar-a-Lago investigation. Georgia pertains to January 6th, because it was part of the plot to overturn the election.

I know it’s hard, but let’s try. Thanks.

The House January 6 select committee is considering a criminal referral to the justice department against Donald Trump for obstruction of an official proceeding of Congress and conspiracy to defraud the United States on the recommendation of a special subcommittee, according to sources familiar with the matter.

You’re in the wrong thread. There’s a mod note re this literally 2 posts up from yours. January 6th related posts belong here:

Thank you.

A federal district court has ordered that Trump’s lawyers must release the names of investigators whom they claim conducted searches for classified documents at Mar-a-Lago. Trump’s attorneys had previously said that they would make the investigators available for questioning, but insisted their identities be kept private.

The request for the investigators’ identities suggests there may be more classified documents to be found.

I’ll bet if they thought I had gov. docs they would want to talk to me personally, and I would have the right to have an attorney present. As the asshole always says: “It’s very unfair!”
