I understand why you’re jaded. But this just isn’t something that would have happened unless DOJ was 100% certain they could win. And Jack Smith is the right man for the job.
Now we wait until he is arraigned for the indictments to be unsealed.

Garland would have had Smith in mind from the very beginning. Garland deserves far more credit than I suspect he’ll be given, IMHO.

Great news indeed, I hope they can get the trial in before the election. Can’t wait to see the complete indictment and hope there is also a DC indictment coming along soon. Or two DC indictments. Not to mention Georgia. Gee, he’s got more active cases than covid right now.
If Trump goes to prison for mishandling classified documents his new name will be Reality Loser.
