FBI Search and Seizure at Trump's Mar-A-Lago Residence, August 8, 2022, Case Dismissed July 15, 2024

I’m not a death penalty advocate, but if trump sells nuclear secrets, he should be Rosenberged.

If I was a lawyer worth a pinch of dingo kidneys I wouldn’t work for that little fuck. The deadbeat wouldn’t pay me and I wouldn’t want keeping his sorry ass out of jail on my conscience.

I’m pretty sure that his money is just as green as anyone else’s (so long as it’s actually paid).

And you’d probably end up getting sanctioned and/or losing your license.

Trump corrupts everything. He’s like mold that gets into everything it touches, and poisons it, eventually killing it.

Oddly, this remarkable power doesn’t seem to extend to his supporters.

For some of them it does:

Well, fair point. And let’s not forget Ashli Babbitt.

Wall Street Journal with new info… Will do a series of tweets from the US News Editor of the WSJ for summary purposes, followed by a link to the (almost certainly paywalled) article:

So will Trump’s defense be that these documents were planted, or that he declassified them? My money is on both simultaneously.

He declassified them, and if he didn’t they were planted. Also he was working to give them back, so the raid was fascist. But he didn’t have to give them back, because they were declassified. Or planted.

ETA: Also - Hillary! Obama! Sandy Berger!

Hopefully this is the beginning of the real draining of the swamp

I first read this as “Orange Peel.” With his complexion, that’s a true statement, as well.

Something may very well come of it if, after cataloguing what they’ve found, the investigators determine that there are still items missing. What items, and where are they? That could lead to all kinds of unpleasant outcomes, and not just for Agent Orange.

And since he watched the whole thing via closed-circuit security cameras, he can prove it was all planted.

Not linking to it but Trump released the unredacted warrant. It’s now published on Breitbart.

793 is mentioned. Espionage. 10 years per document.

-Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information

-Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally

-Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in Federal investigations and bankruptcy

Poor Donnie can’t catch a break. He’s always under the microscope due to the crimes he commits.

18 USC 1519 is a destruction of evidence in an impending criminal investigation statute, not a PRA / classified records statute.

His lawyers were lying when they said that this is purely about the government trying to get its documents back and unrelated to any criminal investigations.

The amount of spin in that Breitbart coverage makes my brain hurt.
