Final thread on my brothers brain tumor

My condolences, gonzomax. I hope the good memories will soon outweigh the bad.

Right? Not to mention spending the night before the funeral with the body of the deceased in the living room, candles lit etc.

I’m sorry to hear this, Gonzomax.

You and your family have my condolences, gonzomax.

It’s kind of hard to convey sympathy on a message board when words are not what is most needed. Imagine lots of silent hugging and bearing witness; that is the best course of action here. Since we cannot do that, take a virtual hug and know that we care.

I’ve been to a few Christian burials where this is done. Shocking if you’ve never experienced it before, and it is still a real slap even when you have. Also flowers and tear stained handkerchiefs. So sorry for the lost of your brother.

My sincere condolences. He was lucky to have you as a brother who obviously loved him very much.

Sorry about your brother’s death. I hope you can honor him in some positive way after you’ve mourned him a bit.

There are few things tougher than losing someone you love. :frowning:
