Any experts in Persian cuisine?
I ate all of the Gata my friend’s grandfather bought for her (from a store miles away) and the only way I can make it up to her is by baking some up myself. The only recipes I can find online are for Armenian Gata/Katah, but I’m reasonably sure that this was from an Iranian bakery.
