Okay, I placed this here because that’s where food questions generally go.
I want a good recipe for flat pita bread. I already have one I use at work, for pocket pitas, (I got it from Jame’s Beard’s cookbook on bread). But now I want the softer type of recipe used for wraps, and in Greek or Mid-Eastern cuisines.
There’s a lot of recipe sites to go to, and I’ll be looking at them too. But by asking Dopers I figure I can get some good commentary that recipes themselves don’t have.
So, if you have a good recipe for flat pitas I’d sure like to hear about it. After I try some I’ll come back to let you know how they went.
