Any ideas?
We are making a Christmas goose and, according to every German recipe, beifuss (mugwort) is the traditional seasoning.
Needless to say, it is not exactly in the spice aisle at Walmart.
Anybody know where to find it in the US?

I’d try the metaphysical/New Age stores, but it might not be food quality (which may or may not be a consideration for you.
Or, perhaps a yerberia, if you live anywhere near a barrio. If you don’t know those words, you obviously don’t.
I don’t know if they’ll have any of the herb itself, but I’ve gotten mugwort flavored mochi in Asian grocery stores, so if the yerberia and the New Age stores don’t net results, you might want to try them.
