“How are you doing over there?” Chrissy asked. "You comfortable? Is your circulation cut off anywhere? Diaper nice and snug? If anything’s wrong, let me know and I’ll fix it, chop chop. Oh, and I made some soup if you want to eat. Want me to go get it?

“I want you to untie me, you bitch,” Janet replied.

“Please don’t be mean. You’re my best friend. I love you. I just need to talk to you for a little bit. That’s the only reason I tied you up–to make sure you stay around while we talk.”

“What’s the knife for?”

“I haven’t decided yet,” Chrissy said.

“Oh, and please don’t scream,” said Chrissy. “I’ve had a very long day and I’m just not sure I could deal with screaming.”

“What the hell, Chrissy? Why are you doing this?” Janet said.

“You know why. You know exactly why.” said Chrissy.

“But it didn’t-”
“It didn’t what? Happen? Because I’m pretty goddamn sure it happened,” said Chrissy.

“Chrissy” said Janet “it wasn’t what you thought. Sure it sounded bad when you found out but there’s an explanation I swear!”.

“Really? I’d like to hear it” said Chrissy.

“Look, I’ll admit there was drink involved and when that happens a dare seems like so much more of a good idea. Surely you’re not going to put me through all this for something as stupid as that are you? I mean haven’t you ever found yourself in a situation like that?” Janet pleaded.

“Chrissy, I think you’d talked to her enough, just gag her and let’s get out of here or we’ll be late” said Nathan.

“Wait! Look I mph mmpph mmpph mph mph MPHH!” said Janet vainly.

“Sorry, can’t hear you. Look, we’ll see you in a few hours when we’ve had the rendezvous and the coast is a little clearer. We can talk then” said Chrissy.
