Actually, it would be a senryu, not a haiku. Haiku requires specific phrases/words that evoke seasonal imagery, etc.
And the syllable requirements are not actually that rigid.

The guy is constitutionally incapable of not “winning”; in fact, it drives him so nuts that he can’t imagine that anyone can honestly disagree with him – one would have to be a liar. Like I said, his self-esteem is incredibly damaged when people don’t recognize his authority. That’s what makes him such an obsessive twit.
