Peeps are my sign of spring as well. Every year I stock up and let them set in the back of my kitchen cabinet. Then come spring when they are nice, hard and about a year old I much em down. Yummmmmmm…
Spring is when it starts to get light enough by 5:30 a.m. that I can go out and ride my road bike for awhile before going to work.
Then comes the time change (%#@%?*@#!!) and I have to wait a couple of weeks to start riding in the morning again.
