Holy shit, that’s some good food.
We had a friend make us one as an entree last night. We had the flammkuchen with a side salad, and good beer.
Flammkuchen mit sausage, caramelized onions, and 3 kinds of not-Italian-at-all cheese. Apparently this is some kind of bar food/snack that people eat in Germany.
First I’d ever heard of it.
Anyone else ever eat this stuff?
