Hey whats a flood got do with why I can’t post??
That’s usually a question for ‘About this message board.’ You just can’t post too often…too often is called a flood.
“Flood Control” is a feature of the UBB software intended to cut down on “double posts,” which come when a person hits the “submit” button twice (or more) in succession. During times when the board is operating normally, it’s a remarkably effective preventative to the dreaded double post.
I’m going to send this thread to About This Message Board so that all the other curious folks can learn about this neat feature.
