AWB, maybe you can shed some light for me. I’ve heard a few people talk about “flood control” on this board today. I’m assuming you don’t mean sandbagging a riverbank - so what does it mean in the context of a message board?

If you try to submit two posts in less than sixty seconds a screen comes up telling you you can’t do that and says it’s because they’ve instituted flood control.

What it really means is that you can’t correct the glaring error you just made in your post before somebody else gets a chance to ridicule you.
