My folks live in Florida and mentioned on the phone last night that folks were voting at various polling places. I asked if they were referring to absentee ballots and they said no, regular voting.
Can any one shed light on this? I thought that Election Day was Election Day?
Of course my folks, living in South Florida, could be confused.
While I cannot vouch for your folks’ mental state, there is, in fact, Early Voting here in Florida, at least in Broward and Palm Beach counties, where many screwups happen.
There is some kind of early voting deal here, not sure how one does it. But it looks like normal people-going-to-polls voting, just a couple days earlier.
