Follow-up questions in a closed thread

I have a follow-up question in a thread that has been closed (in particular, I still want to press Bricker to respond to a post of mine in the long and rambling thread about the War on Christmas). I’m not sure what the proper etiquette is for doing so, as starting up another thread after a 13 page thread was closed seems a bit silly.

Thoughts?

thanks.

If it was a minor point, easily clarified, you might consider taking it to e-mail.

You can always start a separate thread if your topic is distinct. You can even drop a “(Bricker?)” at the end of the title, as long as you don’t try to demand that he appear.

What the heck, I can always use another dozen pages of short tempers and misundertandings to wade through.

Tomn~, you’re either a saint or a complete nutjob. Or both.

Come to think of it, my nurses say the same thing about me at work.

I would have tried email, but he doesn’t have his listed.

I think the thread-locking in this case was an odd decision. The thread was still going on, still active, with questions pending. Suddenly I have to start a brand new one just to say “hey, look at this question in this closed thread, please answer it”?

In these cases you can send your email to any of us and we will forward it on.

If you like, you can send it to me. TubaDiva@aol.com.

No promise Bricker will respond – his choice – but what the heck, don’t know if you don’t try.
