But, honestly (and this is certainly up for debate), is a pizza with just crust and cheese (and a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkling of minced garlic/rosemary) really a pizza at all? I’d consider that to basically be a focaccia with some cheese on. But YMMV.

I’m just giving you a hard time. But, yes, I would consider the above a pizza, absolutely.

At any rate, the marghareta is my yardstick for testing out a new pizza place. But I love a good clam white pizza, a rosemary & potato pizza, etc., a regular red pizza with prosciutto, etc,. from time to time.
