Well, it is a 61 MB download. Even on most broadband connections, that takes a while.
About 4 minutes on mine. 
Only a couple of minutes in, but sounds cool. The only problem I can see is the lack of index points so I can’t skip to the tracks you called out.
It is downloading as I type. I’m a techno novice but I like the genre and need to find what artists I like.

I had no idea it was so large. I clicked to download it, and forgot about it until after dinner. I’m far from a techno freak (the only albums I have a Dieselboy’s a Soldier’s Story and Cujo’s Adventures in Foam, as well as some other tracks by Amon Tobin) but it’s pretty cool. I would’ve liked some index markings as well though.
