However, if the Indians lose Manny Ramirez, they’re in big trouble–no Branyans or Sexsons will be able to replace him. Ramirez, in addition to having 50 home run power (he hasn’t hit that many homers in a season yet, but he will), hits for a good average, and draws walks.
Rigdon has talent, but he won’t be missed if Bere and Woodward pitch as well as they’re capable of pitching.
