For those who work day jobs (shower habits)

A shower helps me wake up, so morning for me. If I am very dirty of sweaty I’ll take a really short shower before bed.

I shower the night before to get all my shower business done. I would rather do it in a more leisurely way in the evening than rushing in the morning.

However, depending on circumstances, occasionally I will hop in the shower in the morning in addition – to wake up, or in the summer, to cool down. But that is like literally jumping in the shower, having a general rinse, and jumping out.

I exercise in the evenings, so I always shower before bed. Even so, this is still my preference, as it allows me to just get up and go in the mornings.

That said, if I have to shower in the morning, I have no problem with doing that, too. Depending on what I’m doing or where I’m going, it can also be necessary.

Even if I’ve showered before going to bed, I’m usually just a bit too ripe in the morning to consider going to work without showering. So I just shower in the mornings on weekdays.

I’ve got the hair problem too, but I can fix that in two minutes, by quickly soaking my head, then toweling it off vigorously. There are times when curly hair is an advantage.
