I agree. Pretty much any scene involving those characters is a lead balloon.
The bartender played by Patricia Heaton may be a good addition when she reappears, but if there’s a season 3 move the B plots away from Harvard.
Viewership here must have fallen off as badly as it did overall.
Just wanted to announce that is has been canceled, tho the showrunners are hopeful that another network will pick it up:
Huh. I thought it was known to be the final season months ago.
I watched the first season and felt pretty “meh” about it. I never bothered watching the second season.
The first season was not great, but we stuck with it, hoping it would find its groove. It got much better in season two, but in retrospect, a lot of what made season two good was the return of original series characters. Making Roz a recurring character added a lot, and so did Bebe and the old KACL people. I feel like they propped up the new cast members, who we would eventually have grown to love.
I’m not giving the show good odds of getting picked up.
