Kind of my point. Any input at all–any feedback of any kind–will be interpreted as supportive of their mission. The only answer is ZERO feedback. They need to suddenly have nothing more significant to say than “Hello? Aren’t you people listening? Don’t we piss you off? . . . Hello? . . . Is this thing on?”

Nah, they just feel justified, I’d say. I tend to agree with lissener, as frustrating as doing absolutely nothing might be.
