French translation for tattoo- help

Hi !
I need help with a tattoo phrase.
I have this translation, courtesy of google translate, " Om et Salutations a Ganesha Dieu du renouveau"

The meaning behind it is that Ganesh is the God of new beginnings and the remover of obstacles both seen and unseen. He is evoked before undertaking any new task.
The mantra is used to clear your path or when embarking on a new stage in life.

My priorities are that I include spiritual-sounding words, and that the translation be accurate. I’m not attached to those specific words, but rather, the idea behind them.

Thanks so much for your help everyone!

First rule of translation : you need to give us the English phrase you want translated, boss

Your phrase means “Om and greetings from Ganesh, God of Renewal”. Is that what you are trying for?

Tattoo in French is “tatouage,” which becomes redundant if the tat is of Audrey Tatou.

I’m guessing the underlined part is what he wants translated.

And where did Tattoo get it? Illinois. “Des Plaines! Des Plaines!”

I find French prepositions difficult, so I can’t definitively say whether “de” works better here, but I can say that you probably want “à” here, not “a”.

Tatoué! Jérémie!

Groan. Get. Out.

“. . . Greetings to Ganesh . . .”, surely?
