She is going through a bad patch right now, and I’m sure being far from home isn’t helping that at all. She sounds needy–more needy than she was in the past–and it’s up to you to decide whether to cater to that neediness or set some limits. But what I would do is put the ball in her court (it’s no fair her blaming you for her shit). Say something like “I’m not sure what’s going on here. I know we’ve both been swamped with work and “things”, but why the hostility toward me?”
Something like that. If she persists in pointing the finger at you and not looking at herself, run far and fast…
