Never schedule a raid for a big patch day. My husband’s guild was supposed to do a 25 man raid but only half the raiders were online and the others were downloading the patch.
I’m a big fan of the change in mining. If only the patch had come before I spent two days levelling his mining from 0-450.

As far as the patching, I don’t really mind it. It shows they’re actually doing stuff to improve the game, as the patch notes attest. The 3am PST maintenance on Tuesdays and needing to update my addons after patching bothers me more.
In fact, I want them to do another patch. Tabard tab k plz? thx. I have more tabards than pets or mounts. Seems a natural extension of the Championing thing anyway. And can we integrate Halaa Battle and Research tokens and Winterfin Clams and all other currency items into the Currency tab? Also, if us fishermen could get some love and get their own special “fishing cooler” bag, that would be swell. Deepsea Monsterbellies drool all over my Frostweave cloth and it’s gross.

No kidding. One of my guildies, who freely admits being seriously OCD, had already hit Exalted with the Hodir boys when the patch hit & relics of Ulduar became tradable, so he dumped them all into the guild bank.
