This in from AOL news, Jodi Sweetin, former star of Full House, admits she was addicted to meth. She went through a program and is clean now. Shocking!
Funny, I was expecting this be about one of the Olsens.
Little Stephanie Tanner? A meth addict? What a dark, dark day.
This is better than the time I found out little Judy Winslow (from Family Matters) grew up to be a porn star.
Man, I feel dirty.
I read that earlier. She said something to the effect of she was bored and to pass the time she started doing drugs.
Yeah, great plan there sweetie. To stave off boredom, take a drug that keeps you awake for days at a time.
I was expecting it to be about Dave Coulier. I was picturing him in some kind of “Spun” scene wedged between Brittany Murphy and Mena Suvari with his eyes all red making the “cut it out” gesture over and over.
I heard in NPR that Saget, Coulier, and the Olsens did a confrontation type of thing with her and encouraged her to check in to rehab.
I have a soft spot for her and hope she stays clean.
That’s more than a little weird. Doesn’t she have a real family somewhere?
Pokey:
Why do I feel weird about Uncle Jesse now? I mean, the Olsen twins are busy people but they found time.
Actually, I read it was John Stamos, not Coulier, along with Saget and the Olsens who staged the intervention. That’s what this story says too.
Now that’s what I call a very special episode!
I also read that Stamos was there and Coulier wasn’t. I don’t think it’s necessarily a big deal – actors are sometimes on the other side of the country and there are a million reasons why he couldn’t make it.
OTOH, it also fits what I’ve heard about Coulier.

I, too, wonder where her family was (and am somewhat less concerned by Joey’s no-show-- maybe he was at skating practice).
She kinds looks like T1-era Linda Hamilton (Sarah Connor).
Judy Winslow became a porn star?!
No, this is definitely news to me.
Yep…Jaimee Foxworth went into the adult movie business. She did, I think, three movies, and has since retired from the adult-entertainment industry.
I am SO going to get my Google-fu on when I get home from work today!
Aaannd, this is why I’m going to Hell.
Girl, you might want to wait until that “focusing on serious acting” actually results in, oh, I don’t know, a role of some description before declaring your mistakes behind you.
A childhood stint in a third-rate sitcom and a handful of porn movies isn’t the greatest resume. Focusing on serious acting sounds like another mistake. Try night school. Maybe the hospitality industry?
