Wait a second! Doing a reverse image search cites this as a Gary Larson creation.) I have not seen every cartoon Gary Larson ever drew, but this looks nothing like any of the work I have seen.
Can I just opine that for a “passionate group of graphic artists”, their website is passionately lacking in design. And their logo looks like it reads “rogle”. As a former graphic artist, that website offends my artistic sensibilities. All of that aside from the misattribution.
That comic may be by A Gary Larson but I don’t believe it’s the work of THE Gary Larson!
I wrote to Frogleg for clarification… we’ll see what they say.
The original artwork also says “Far Side.” But the comic strip title is “The Far Side”
The whole website strikes me as some third-world knock-off designed to attract customers who Google “Cheap Graphic Design.”
I admit it - I used to “read” Playboy magazine back in the 60’s and 70’s. In college I often clipped out a cartoon that I thought particularly good and pinned it to the door of my room (like Doug).
I recognize several of the entries in this thread from my old “collection.” Makes me think some of you did something similar.
You misspelled Cheap Crappy Design.
Ok, I’ll stop now, but damn that site sucks.
My faves have birds in them.
That’s a corker, a real knee slapper.
ETA: Wouldn’t it be funnier the other way around?
I get the crib one, but not the related previous one.
Look at the mailbox, and count the lumps.
I’m missing something. Seven lumps and S. White???
Just got it. Snow White.
This is one of my all-time favorite cartoons. I opened this thread to post it, but you beat me to it.
