Game of Thrones S3 - open spoilers

She was dead for a lot longer than Beric ever was, also. That might have an effect on who she was when revived.

Does anyone know Littlefinger’s response to Cat’s murder? I read his Wiki which carries through Dance of Dragons, but there’s nothing about his reaction.

His response was to marry Lysa and then make a play for Sansa.

We all deal with grief differently.

I rewached last night and I am pretty certain they talk about the band.

Loads of book readers still think the same. There’s lots of ways for him to not be dead or get resurrected on the spot.

Or become a wolf and then become human again as Mellisandre dreamed.

Talisa gestures to the band and says “They’re good.”

So, nobody thinks we’re getting Joffrey’s wedding this Sunday?

She does mention the band, but she doesn’t say what you said she did. At the very start of the feats scene she’s leaning over to the guy next to her and says “They’re good, aren’t they,” clearly enjoying herself.

I don’t think they can. We don’t have the Red Viper yet, Joffrey dying is what triggers Davos saving Gendry because it would be the third death and ends with Stannis headed to the wall which has not sent out for help yet. We have to get the battle for castle black first, then the Nightswatch sends for help, then Joffrey dies so Stannis can go to the wall. Or they could just leave Balon Greyjoy for the third kill i guess, skip introducing the Dorne crew until later and kill Joffrey to take some of the sting from last week.

I feel like they have to either kill Joffrey or reveal zombieCat in this episode just to go out on some kind of a Lannisters-don’t-always-win note. What other big tentpole event could there be for the last shot of the season, which so far has always been a dramatic one? Maybe they speed up Arya’s story and have her either getting on a boat to Braavos or stabbing the shit out of someone?

Oh she better stab someone and get on that boat next episode, but i don’t think that will be the last shot. Zombie cat is the most likely option imo.

I’m forgetting… does anything meaningful actually happen with her for the rest of SoS other than (a) wander around with The Hound, (b) have a fight, (c) leave The Hound to (presumably) die, and (d) get on a boat? I don’t remember any other big events but it’s been a while…

She has a wolf dream in which she finds her moms corpse and pulls it out of the water and runs off before the brotherhood finds cat and zombifies her.

IIRC, doesn’t Wolfrya just fend off a bunch of other wolves, preventing them from chowing down on Cat Corpse until the Brotherhood finds her? Does she actually pull the body out of the water?

Lady Stoneheart.

Well, the showrunners totally got rid of the Arya’s “Where’s the gold in the village?!” stabfest. I was so looking forward to that.

The current running theory is that she kills Polliver (who has Needle), enraged by the Lannister crew killing Hot Pie.
