Probably not pit-worthy, but certainly unbelievable. Our local media monopoly (newspaper, cable, internet, local phone) has a branch called Geeks On Wheels. Based on the name, you would assume that they are one of those places that will come to your home or business and fix your computer for you.
Except apparently you would be wrong.
