If the soda can were the murder weapon, or if Martin were accused of stealing it from the store, or if the exact flavor that he picked our were important in any way whatsoever, I can see why you’d think that mistakenly referring to a watermelon drink from a brand known primarily for their various flavors of iced tea (the #1 selling iced tea in America, boasts their website) as “tea” would be relevant.
