That would trigger an automatic recount. Hopefully he will get past that, then Perdue would have to pay for a recount if he wants one.
That is the threshold for a recount, not a revote, so no, we won’t have to go through this again.
My concern as I noted is that McConnell is still Majority Leader until Ossoff is seated because the Senate will be 50-49 Republican until then. If there is a recount, he will be able to stall cabinet appointments.

If a recount is needed, it shouldn’t take longer than a week. If all goes well this should be certified by the beginning of the next week at the latest. The military has until Friday for the votes to arrive, they should be counted within a few hours.

NY Times estimates still around 76,000 votes to be counted, but they lean heavily blue. They estimate a final margin of 1.1%, that’s surely recount-proof.
I’m guessing we’ll see another round of recounts no matter the margin with these clowns. Probably a dozen lawsuits as well.

In Trump’s ideal world, Raffensperger would be machine-gunned by four thugs just as he was sitting down to his linguine pasta alle vongole in a fine Italian restaurant. Just an update that Warnock is now 1.2 points ahead (the election was called for him when he was one point ahead). 
All the more wonderful now that I realize what an unprincipled sycophantic Trumpista Loeffler is. Hope she has a nice time in Washington trying to subvert democracy for the Orange Imbecile. Then she needs to hustle back home and look for a real job. Meanwhile, if she’s not doing anything else, she can run around shrieking about “election fraud”.
