I’m not one to start or promote one of these things, you all know that, but dammit, we need one. And where better? One of the best hole-in-the-wall bars in the Cities- Liquor Lyles in Uptown Mpls. Two seperate happy hours with stiff drinks and plenty to look at. What can be better on a hot summer day? Not much, in my book.
