Me neither. I wonder if Disney+ is going to have English subtitles? Or is it even going to be available in the US?
BTW, I still haven’t seen the final series of the UK version. For a while it wasn’t available on [whatever streaming service it’s on in the US], I don’t know if it’s still not available.
I know the German version has to be extremely careful with 20th century history, but I wish we had a character from the Weimer period like a flapper actress or transgender cabaret performer.
Well, it’s not like they brought the the guillotine to your house.[quote=“Elmer_J.Fudd, post:140, topic:1005028, full:true”]
From the trailer, the actor’s name appears to be Persian.
One of the French ghosts is an 18th Century aristocrat. Strange that she’s not the headless one.

From what I can gather from comments elsewhere Disney+ in Europe is much different than the U.S. A lot of shows that are on other streaming platforms here are on Disney+ there. A lot of shows that are on Disney+ there are unavailable here. I doubt we are going to get other Ghosts here.
Something just occurred to me. In the UK version, Fanny (their equivalent to Heddy) can be seen in photographs. I think that might wind up being the ghost power of our Lady of the House.
That would blow things wide open, plot wise. Woodstone Manor would become the go-to destination for ghost hunters in the Hudson Valley. Then Heddy will decide she doesn’t like being a museum exhibit and shut it down.
Are we sure she isn’t? She could still be. A brief shot with her head on doesn’t confirm or disprove it. I’d bet that she is.
In the original UK version, the headless guy was the victim of an accident. Soldiers came to the house to arrest him. He hid from them, but a sword fell off the wall and sliced his neck. They could use the same story.
Also, the site might have been the local execution spot before the house was built.
For the sake of French Alison’s sanity the chateau cannot have been the local execution site. Also the lady’s neck is visible in some of the promos.
I liked this week’s episode. Good for Heddy. I saw Chris hooking up with Nigel a mile away, but it’s a cop out to have him immediately leave. Of course if I understand his power right he’ll pop back up at Woodstone anytime he trys to land.
Heddy won’t cotton to being a museum exhibit. And Sam is not going to want to explain the weird woman in the old timey dress to the guests. So I imagine Heddy will probably keep to herself next St. Patrick’s Day.
He’s only constrained to Woodstone if he tries to leave on the ground.
Pete can leave the boundary, and he can fly in an aircraft. Chris can leave the boundary via an aircraft (in a way). I wonder if any of the other ghosts could leave Woodstone in like a helicopter or something.
The guy who plays the stripper is also on the show High Potential. On that show he’s one of the supporting characters who is kind of a wimpy detective. He doesn’t take his shirt off. They would look at him different if he did.
It looks like there’s only two eps left in this season. The scene with Jay and Elias looked like it could be part of a cliffhanger. I must admit, it could be funny to have a bit with Jay in Hell.
