Two of the puppies were clearly real and moving, not to mention the last puppy wasn’t ever off camera while in her hand; it’s on camera the whole time from when she goes down into the bucket to get it to when she pitches it into the water. You can clearly see it moving and clearly tell it’s alive.
The second one didn’t have any time to switch out either, although it’s off cam for about half a second when she rears her hand back.
Pretty appalling video.

I agree with The Flying Dutchman. If you have unwanted animals and perhaps do not live in an area that does not have better options, drowning isn’t the worst possible death. Doing so dramatically and taping it is uncalled for, but it doesn’t put you anywhere near the “pure evil” category.
I really don’t want to watch the video, so I’ll ask. Are they actually laughing as they kill the puppies?
Apparently she’s been found. I’m hearing/reading/seeing multiple reports across the net that they figured out who she is. Not going to post her name here, but I’m pretty sure one could easily find it if they googled “throwing puppies”, etc.
Not sure how believable all of it is, though.
I’m not planning on watching the video, but now that I know it takes place somewhere in the Balkans (Croatia? Bosnia?) I can’t say I’m surprised.
Drowning is not quick or humane - having nearly drowned I can speak from experience. Surely an axe or a hammer to the head would be better - over in seconds. Though from the video perhaps less fun

For newborn pups, who can barely walk around on their own? I’m guessing drowning is pretty damn quick. I guess a hammer to the head might be a little better, but I don’t think they really suffer much. They don’t have a ton of awareness of what’s going on around them as it is.

Even if this POV is true, the fact that it was videotaped then put on the Internet seems to indicate a certain frame of mind on the part of the participants (that it’s funny and/or fun).
Yes! the fact that time and effort were spent to get that video here for us all to enjoy so much is the crux of my outrage. I know that animal control is a very real issue no matter where you go, and I’m a sick fuck, but this is too much. I cant help but think that someone, somewhere is masterbating to that clip.
How evil is the puppy thrower compared to the people in this clip: Nueces Helicopter Pig Hunt (no music) Those are pigs being killed to stop them from harming crops. They’re mostly getting shot in the torso, so they’re experiencing pain. 500,000 people have watched that video for entertainment. Do they also deserve to be threatened by hordes of teenage vigilantes?

I saw that video of her throwing those poor babies in the river. What a cunt. She could of given them to an animal shelter or put out an advertisement. She could of left them off the side of the road for f**k sake. She could have been responsible and had her dog spayed or neutered if she did not want pups. Disgraceful.
However…
This is evil to say, but I sort of cracked up at the woman who threw the cat into the garbage bin. I felt sorry for the cat afterwards, but it lived, so I am allowed a private laugh.
