Give me your truffle recipes!

Hey all,

I’m extremely broke this year (still trying to get a job after graduating, it’s getting pretty depressing) but I have enough cash to make something homemade to pass out to people. I bought some tins and I wanted to fill them with truffles to give as Christmas gifts. It’s my first time making truffles and while I have a few recipes from the internet, I wouldn’t mind getting some tried and true recipes from dopers. Any recipe will be appreciated! The more interesting/tastier (and easier :p) the better!

After reading your title and the first 5 words in your post I got a little confused. Thought you were broke and wanted to cook with the real truffles :smiley:

But for the sake of not being completely useless I’ll provide a link with video instructions on making truffles.
