I am taking medical terminology–my first class of any kind since 1991 (grad school days).
For the 1st 4 quizzes, I got scores of 96, 84, 100, and 92. I believe that’s 93% so far.

At the risk of turning into a one-trick pony (but I just can’t seem to keep my mouth shut about it):
Brag: I’ve lost 23.4 pounds since April 7. I’m wearing old clothes that have been too small for too long, and people are telling me I look great! Imagine how awesome I’ll look after I lose the remaining 47.2 pounds!
Bragging on my 8th grader - he took the ACT and got a 26!
After debating for a while, I decided to go to my favorite chicken bowl restaurant for lunch today, expecting to pay the usual $6. But unbeknownst to me, they were having a special, today only, offering a 20% discount AND a free soda on top of that!
I totally scored.

One night a group of my ex colleagues were having an all night drinking session with our then boss,one of the most experienced S.A.S.officers alive.
My name came up and I was described by the boss as a total pain in the arse around barracks because I was always in trouble and often drunk,but that I was the bloke you wanted to have around when the bullets were flying.
The bloke who told me started off by saying “I really, really dont want to tell you this LFL”
and years later I was bragging about it to one of my best mates (also a colleague)he said “Yes I know I was there”.
The little shit didn’t tell me at the time.
That is the proudest compliment I have ever had in my life and I want it on my tombstone when I die.
