Val Kilmer was the voice of God in the burning bush (as well as the voice of Moses) in The Prince of Egypt.
I vaguely recall an episode of Fantasy Island where Mr. Roarke got his fantasy (or maybe it was a character referencing Roarke’s fantasy), which wouldn’t make sense if he was the Big G.
As long as we’re sharing vague memories of “Fantasy Island”, it seems to me that in the first episode or one of the pilot movies, a guest asks Tattoo who or what Mr. Roarke is. Tattoo replies, “Some say (looks up), some say (looks down).” I remember him seeming like a dangerous character in some of those early episodes.

John Huston was the voice of you-know-who – or should that be You-Know-Who – in The Bible.
There was an episode of Futurama where Bender is floating out in space and meets what is apparently “God”. He also becomes a God Himself to little people who live on his body.
“God Needs Beer”
Bela Lugosi appears as a God-like character in the Ed Wood classic “Glen or Glenda.”
And Debra Winger appears (uncredited) as a God-like (maybe) character named “Emmett” in “Made in Heaven.”
I like the voice of God - Alan Rickman.
Alan Rickman as metatron was awesome, yeah.
Depending on your interpretation of Barton Fink,
John Goodman could have been Satan, or Death, or just an insane serial killer that happens to kill the detectives just when a fire is starting.
Bart Simpson played God with his little AM radio doo-hickie
