Wow!
Best of luck Airman!
Airman Doors and MsRobyn you’ll both be in our prayers and thoughts.
We’re praying and wishing all the service men and women a safe and speedy return home.
Rico and Kathy
Saint George watch over you, Airman Doors. Do your duty and come back to us safe.
You’ve got some Grey Goose to drink on your return.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to Airman Doors for serving.
Godspeed, Airman Doors. I salute you for your service to your country.
Robyn and Bomb Bay, may you see your loved one soon, safe and sound.
Please keep us posted whenever you hear anything, Robin.
Thank you, Robyn, for letting us know.
And thank you for sharing your time and your family with me, two weeks ago. It was a great pleasure.
**Airman, ** may Deity bless you and keep you safe. My most fervent wish is that you return safely and quickly to your family.
Much love,
Cristi
Thanks, y’all. This really means a lot to me.
As of yet, I haven’t heard from Airman (it’s a VERY long flight, and he’s not exactly on the Concorde), so I don’t have a mailing address. When I get it, those who are interested may e-mail me, and I will send it along. He did say, though, that there might be a chance that communications would be suspended.
Oh, and Eve, I have a blue star for the wallpaper on my computer at work. (Yellow ribbons are sooooo '90s. ;))
Robin
Wishing you safety, Airman.
Keep us posted, we’re all pulling for him. Let’s hope this thing doesn’t last much longer.
May he do his job with honor and return home safely.
I met Airman Doors a year ago when we ran a half-marathon together. I was impressed by his commitment and drive.
I wanted to talk for a moment about his great dignity and how lucky this country is to have somebody like him serving us all, but the fact is that I can’t.
The truth of the matter is that Doors has great big floppy clown feet. It was like running next to Ronald McDonald. They just kept going “slap slap slap!” on the pavement.
Great guy, floppy feet. We all have our flaws. That’s the worst I can say about him.
Keep your head down.
We’ll keep you guys in our prayers, and hope for a quick and safe return for Airman Doors.
Ms. Robyn, I feel better knowing Airman Doors is helping defend our country. Here’s hoping his mission in the Middle East is short and successful.
Scylla, I’m surprised your remember Airman’s big floppy clown feet. IIRC, you had a better view of his back.
As a citizen of a coalition country, thanks mate.
May he come face-to-face with a buck-naked Saddam Hussein alone in a dark alley and not piss his pants with excitement.
All the best MsRobyn!
Happy
Sending warm thoughts your way - and his.
best of luck airman. may you return safely home.
robyn, you have the hardest job. all three of you will be in my thoughts and prayers.
