Sorry,but it’s true! I never thought I’d be listening to them so much but there’s just something about the accent and their high energy, fast paced songs that keeps me coming back.
I’ve seen them life a few times – if you ever get the chance, by all means, do it, they put out a brilliant high-energy show!
Oh my yes. They are one of the most fun groups I have encountered in a very long time.
You should see “Wristcutters” - it has music from that band, and one of the main characters is a thinly-disguised version of the group’s frontman.
Seconded. It’s not too often you get 2 accordions and a mosh pit at the same gig.

I’ve heard the lead singer interviewed a few times. He comes across as something of a mad genius, although I’m not convinced about the genius part. Totally insane, though.

I saw them in Austin (Austin City Limits Music Festival 2006) and they drew a HUGE crowd to the stage for their show. What I heard was good, but I only caught a few min. of their music on my way over to check out the set of Thievery Corporation.
