Kirkland, I may not agree with His4Ever, but one thing I will say-she has been nothing if not polite, well-mannered and courteous. Perhaps you should take the hint.

I’m curious where in the registration agreement it provides that she (or any of us) are obligated to answer your charges and questions. She has respectfully explained her faith and politely answered your charges as best as she can (and did a fine job, I think). She may not have given answers that you liked, but she was not required to.
I think you should reconsider your responses to those who disagree with you but have not engaged in the purported offenses you are attempting to stereotype her into
Kirkland, tone it down. You’re out of line - especially given the forum you’re in. Knock it off.
Those of you who wish to discuss His4Ever’s behaviour in Great Debates should do it in another thread.
Those who wish to discuss the morality of fundamentalist Christians should also do it another thread.
I assume you all know how to open a new thread and link to an old thread, so I don’t want to hear another word on those subjects in this thread. (Putting on stern look).

Couldn’t have said it better. I indeed am not obligated to agree with Mr. Kirkland nor to answer his charges. I’m glad someone recognizes the fact that I’m not required to answer his questions to his liking. I’m allowed to disagree. I’ve tried to be polite about my convictions here. Thanks, Billdo. (I know that by saying what you have, it doesn’t mean you agree with anything I’ve said, and you aren’t required to). 
…However (and I’m trying to be as diplomatic as possible here), in a debate, you should expect to be asked to support any assertions you make, or clearly label them as opinion (I’m mentioning this solely in response to your comment above, H4E, not re anything that happened in the other threads. - In the GD and GQ forums, it is SOP to expect people to to answer questions about things they have said).

No problem. Sometimes it’s just impossible to answer all the questions when there are so many directed at you. Even when I say it’s my opinion or I interpret it this way, some of them refuse to accept that. When I gave a source for what I said (a book) it was immediately determined to be fraudulent. That’s their privilege of course, I accept that. I can say their sources are fraudulent also if I choose which I haven’t cos I doubt it would phase them anyway. 
Thanks for the advice. I’ll have to just do my best and take the angry, hostile ones with a grain of salt. They should’t expect that everyone is going to agree with them but it seems they do. Oh well…
