Title says it all, pretty much. I’m looking for a good piece of free software that’ll allow me to burn DVD’s. Apparently of the two that I have / had on my box, one was just a ‘trialware’ version and no longer works, and the other seems to have very severe sync problems with audio. Anyone know of something good out there for me to try?
I have been looking as well. I have Nero on one computer, but not on my laptop. There is an older version of Nero that claims to be shareware, but on installation it asks for a serial number.
Does this help?
I should add that I haven’t tried any of these.
Thanks, Schnitte. I downloaded CDBurnerXP Pro and will try it tonight!
Sorry, should’ve been more exact… Looking for something I can burn a video DVD with. Something that someone with zero tech knowledge can find dependable.
If you mean an authoring program DVD Flick works well.
My I throw in Express Burn for your consideration.
The people that make that one make a whole suite of freeware utilities, including the best audio converter I’ve worked with.
Their only game is that want you to buy the “plus” versions, but they don’t nag or use popups, which is nice.
