Well, I went shopping at the thrift store and got a stunning black satin designer blouse, a black velvet dress, and a gorgeous black silk shirt, all three pieces in like-brand-new-condition for under $15! Woo-hoo, I love a bargain! If I have to go to any funerals, I’m all set!
I got the scanner to work, with the software properly configured, and the printer. (my tech headed friend helped me,several times). No really, I swear, it’s actually working.
I haven’t worked in about 10 days, slow this time of year, got called in on short notice this afternoon, went in for about 5 hrs, discovered a paycheck I forgot I had waiting for me, a $195 bonus on an otherwise small check, got a $100 gift cert from my boss (Christmas gift). And I got a cash gratuity at the event I was called in to work. Just got home.
That’s all good news to me.

Today’s good news: this morning, after a simply amazing lovemaking session last night, my SO slowly opened his eyes, smiled sleepily at me, and said “Tyler, I love you so very much.” What a wonderful way to start the day! (MAN, I’m lucky.)
