When I click on my Google Earth icon, this yellow skeleton like image of the earth come up.
How can I change it back to just a regular image of the earth?

Tools/Options, in the “3D view tab” try fiddling with a few settings.
If none of that works, try reinstalling google earth.
If that doesn’t work, try reinstalling your graphics drivers.
Try turning off the country borders in the layers tab.
