Google Talk - what did I just see?

I was typing a quick message to a friend to send her a link to the Fox News group that all think Obama is a Muslim, and typed “RAAAAAAAAGGGGGEEEE!!!” As I was typing, a mouse-over-like window pops up with a hilarious sarcasm-dripping message. It said something like: “1. All capital letters are extremely easy to read. 2. Maybe you should add some brightly colored fonts to get your message across. 3. <something else funny>”

Has anyone seen this before? Any idea how to replicate it? (Typing “RAAAAAAGGGGGEEEE!” again hasn’t done it.)

Where were you typing this message? On a website? If so which one? In an IM client?

Google Talk, as mentioned in the title, is an instant messaging program.

You saw this.

You probably had the Straight Dope open on your browser. Just a weird coincidence.
