I see that today’s image is that of Ruby Payne-Scott, an Australian radio astronomer.
Is this the image in other countries today, or is it just Australia that’s getting it because of Payne-Scott’s nationality?
More broadly, does Google generally use the same image world-wide on any given day, or does it also tailor images to different jurisdictions?

I wonder if it’s state-specific as well? It’s still the 27th here and I see a doodle of the Golden Gate Bridge’s 75th anniversary (tomorrow will almost certainly be something Memorial Day related).
