two Extra strength Tylenol and a big galss of water BEFORE you go to bed. If it’s too late, drink a Bloody Mary I’ve seen thousands who swear by it.

WARNING: Alcohol + Acetaminophen (Tylenol) = Bad Idea
The combination can cause fatal hepatotoxicity (liver failure), as can taking acetaminophen in a fasting state. Don’t do it.

Alright Doc…throw in a few soda crackers for the Acetaminophen…
I swear by a big plate of hash brown potatoes slathered with LOTS of tabasco sauce. It gets your attention and makes you want to rehydrate yourself. This is especially good if you need to focus during a business meeting. Avoid coffee unless decaf. The bloody mary was originally invented as a hangover remedy because of the hot sauce in it but they give me wicked heartburn.

Now I can’t personal vouch for this one, but an uncle of mine claimed it worked for him every time.
Play Ina Godda Da Vida by Iron Butterfly at max volume at least five times. Drive those alcohol demons from your body.
Now the reason I think that this works is simply due to the length of the song…I mean, play it five times and I’m sure that at least half your day will be shot.
My cure back in my university days was similar to many of the other posters. Load up on as much liquid (water, Gatorade, whatever) before you go to bed. We added a twist to it as well. Like DoctorJ we would take vitamins with it, but they had to be Flintstones Multis and at least one of them had to be a Fred. Seemed to work, but then again we were young and resilient in those days.
1. Drink no alcoholic beverages the previous night.
2. If 1. is not feasible, continue drinking, heavily, on a permanent basis.
