What were your favorite mod-broken links hapless newbies posted on the SDMB? And for og’s sakes, DONT POST THEM HERE! I don’t want THIS thread getting locked, I just want to hear about funny/gross/sexy pictures that somehow slipped through the cracks, albeit briefly
Recently someone had the gall to post nude pictures of Anna Kournikova. I surprisingly got to the link before it was banned. And it was legit! :eek: This has never happened before. Usually I get to the thread way later after the mod has nuked it good, and can only guess what the link was judging by the reactions of the other posters. So I rarely get to see this forbidden not-safe-for-work fruit on the SDMB, obviously.
I posted a link to a very disgusting site. Some very disturbed folks take pictures of what’s in the toilet after going and others have the opportunity to rank the mess on a scale of 1 to 10. I was severly ravaged, I still have the scars. And no words associated with the site appear in this post.
A year or so ago, some bozo actually posted a link to goatse, without identifying what it was. I’m always managed to avoid seeing that picture, and it was with a mixture of surprise, disgust, and anger that I clicked it and realized what it was.
Don’t feel so bad. Everyone has gotten Goatesed at one point or another in their life. Hell, my best friend did that to me the other day in the middle of a big argument over AIM. As I said to him,
“You sent a picture of Goatse. This argument is officially over” (How the hell do you top Goatse? Tubgirl? I don’t think so, as gross as Tubgirl is, she’s sorta Goatse-1
