Greater Tuna, Tx not impressed with the Big Tuna coming to Dallas

The west Texas town of Tuna finally got the word that Bill Parcell is going to coach the Cowboys and they aren’t impressed.

I especially like Coach Chassie’s response to Parcell making $14 million.

For $14 million a year, Jones could have hired every man and woman in Tuna to coach the Cowboys. Tuna would have thrown in the entire stock of Didi Snavely’s store, Didi’s Used Weapons (motto: “If we can’t kill it, it’s immortal”).

Chassie, fresh off yet another winless Jaguars season, said he was never contacted about the job.

“Would I coach football for $14 million?” he repeated.

I can’t print exactly what he said he would do for $14 million, but it involved physical exertion with his ex-mother-in-law.

Gotta love west Texans.

Everyone in Texas knows Tuna is real. Just not an actual place. But we all know the characters or people like them.

Tuna is a real place, except they spelled the name wrong. Tuna is actually Tulia, Texas.
