Greatest Earworm of All Time

I nominate Mahna Mahna.

It’s really catchy. Mahna Mahna

It’s really fun. Mahna Mahna

It has Muppets. Mahna Mahna

So let’s see if there is a mightier earworm that can displace it.

It’s a small world after all…

I would walk five-hundred miles and I would walk five-hundred more…

So God said to Noah, there’s gonna be a floody floody…

I’m a little teapot short and stout…

I’ve met more than a few people who use it to get rid of other earworms, so it must be better, right? At least earwormier.

Oh you bastard.

Rah rah ah ah ah
Roma roma ma
Gaga ooh la la

“Hippitus hoppitus…” I watched the Easter South Park re-run last night and the Peter Cottontail song is still going around in my head. That’s my favorite SP episode ever.

Mark Twain’s Punch, Brothers, Punch.

It is my opinion that Jason Mraz’s recent hit I’m Yours may be the catchiest song ever recorded. I recently had it stuck in my head for a solid week. There was one day it popped into my head the second I opened my eyes in the morning. It was driving me crazy.

Bananaphone!

*Um diddle diddle diddle um diddle ay
Um diddle diddle diddle um diddle ay
Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!
Even though the sound of it Is something quite atrocious
If you say it loud enough
You’ll always sound precocious
Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!

And for some reason the song in this ad has been stuck in my head for a couple of days now.

One…singular sensation, every little step she takes…
One…

I think we all know my feelings on this subject.

The opening riff of Black Sabbath’s “Iron Man”

I have Beavis and Butt-head to thank for this.

I challenge anybody to listen to World_of_Gerald_McBoing_Boing theme music up until the narration starts (20 seconds in) and not have that tune wreck the rest of your day.

Gotta go with the Stooges.

For a second I thought you were going to link to a video from these Stooges

I wanna wish you a Merry Christmas
… from the bottom of my heart.

I thought this thread was going to be about The Wrath of Khan.
