Nothing, when you say I found this with google. People do get annoyed when overuse of non attributed googling produces wrong answers due to lack of real familiarity with the subject matter.

I don’t know, why did no one like that kid in elementary school that was always the first to shoot his hand up with an “I know! I know the answer!”, remind the teacher that we have a quiz and smelled vaguely of milk? I know that the ego soothing answer is that everyone was envious of that kids intellect, but I am not so sure that is true.
No, I think that there are some deeper atavistic issues at play here. I think that it has something to do with the fact that the behavior is so over the top and that so much effort and energy seem to go into it that it positively reeks of compensating for some other deep issues. That we can just see the outline of those issues through all of the compensation and bullshitting and feel that we should do some culling for the good of the tribe.
