No, Monk premiered on USA, but during the first season episodes were replayed on ABC.
Actually, on the show they are no longer the Worthless Peons, because they are being sued by a Dutch band with that name. Their new name is Foghat. 
(The Blanks is their real name. They existed before Scrubs, and when they performed at the Christmas party, Lawrence wrote them into the show.)

The gist is that they are shooting new episodes that are listed as being filmed in season 7, but airing in season 8. It seems like Bill Lawrence has some insight that it will air on ABC next year, but all is silent.
I have heard a lot about the show moving to ABC, but they might be just rumors. I would be sad if it ended. Although I have to admit I normally just watch the Comedy Central re-runs.
